The Canaan Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold an online/call-in ONLY hearing via Zoom on Thursday, July 23rd at 6:00 p.m. to consider an application from Dale and Cindy Howland to erect a storage shed on their property at 3971 Vt. Rte. 114, Canaan, Vermont. A hearing is required because the setback dimensions do not meet requirements of this district. All interested parties may attend this Zoom meeting. More information for Zoom hearings can be found at canaan-vt.org. A copy of the zoning bylaws can be found at the Canaan town office, 318 Christian Hill, or on the town website.
